Shipping and Returns

LOCAL PICK-UP

Orders placed that have selected free of charge local pickup will be notified when their order is ready for collection. Please allow up to 3 working days for your order to be processed.

For resident students, your parcel will be added to your house post.

For non-residential students, your order will be available to collect from Main Reception and will be held for 48 hours after your order has been processed.

UK SHIPPING

We charge a flat rate of £4.95 for shipping within the UK. Whilst we often use Royal Mail, we sometimes use other courier services but aim to dispatch your order within 3 working days. Please allow 5 working days for your order to be received. Due to COVID, delays with couriers should be expected.

EUROPE AND IRELAND SHIPPING

We charge a flat rate of £9.95 for shipping to Ireland and Europe. We use various couriers to ship packages oversees and dispatch your order within 3 working days. Please allow 10 working days for your order to be received. Due to COVID, delays with couriers should be expected.

WORLDWIDE

For everywhere else in the world, we charge a flat rate of £24.95 for shipping. We use various couriers to ship packages oversees and dispatch your order within 3 working days. Please allow 25 working days for your order to be received, but this may vary depending on your location. Due to COVID, delays with couriers should be expected.

CUSTOMS NOTICE

For customers outside of the UK, you are responsible to pay import duty and taxes as set out by your country’s customs department. To note, import duty costs are not included in our prices or shipping quotes.

EXCHANGES

Should you wish to exchange a product, please let us know!

You are responsible for covering the cost of the return postage unless your order is damaged. Returned items remain your responsibility until they reach us, therefore, please ensure you package the items sufficiently to avoid damage. We highly recommend you also get proof of postage.

Exchanges are available up to the same value as your original order value (if more you will be requested to pay the difference).

When we receive your item, we aim to dispatch your exchange request within 10 working days. You will be notified when your order has been dispatched.

 

RETURNS POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return your order or an item, please let us know!

To request your return or exchange, please include the following details:

  • order number
  • what products you would like to return/exchange
  • reason for your request

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to return a product for exchange or refund.

If there are any issues with your order such as missing goods, damaged outer packaging or any product defects, you must report straight away by contacting shop@uwctlanticexperience.com

Refunds will be issued if items are returned in their original unworn condition with all original labels attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled, scented, worn or altered will not be accepted and could be sent back to you at your own cost.

If you request a refund of the original purchase price, this will be issued back to the original payment method within 14 working days from the time of receiving your items. Please note – we will only issue this refund if your received item is in line with our returns policy as stated above.

Abuse of returns policy, such as repeat refunds with no valid reason, free wardrobing & chargeback fraud will not be accepted. We reserve the right to deny any refund/exchange that goes against our returns policy.

MASKS AND JEWELLERY

Please note, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on face masks and jewellery due to hygiene reasons.
